Note: client is a top tier consulting firm looking for someone coming out of another top tier consulting firm (not top tier corporation or other non-consulting firm).

1. ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT: any US city, Travel 50% during the week, $100-150K + BONUS

Description:
  • Serve as the lead interface with clients pursuing SOA Solution Architecture related projects/ pursuits and managing a technical team.
  • Make key architecture and technology decisions
  • Craft SOA strategy and develops SOA adoption roadmap for the clients
  • Analyze, model and set-up the SOA Governance practices and infrastructure
  • Oversee design and implementation of SOA components
  • Provide key input in technology stack evaluation and recommend technology choices
  • Develop the test strategy for testing the SOA applications
  • Conceptualize Proof of Concept and Proof of Technology
  • Develop best practices, guidelines and create reusable SOA frameworks
  • Actively participate in the organization's Open Source initiatives, industry forums and other internal initiatives
  • Relentlessly demonstrate Technology and Thought Leadership
  • Energetically engage in Pre-sales and Post-sales Technology Consulting scenarios

    Requirements:
  • 12+ years IT with 2-3 years Service Oriented Architecture or web services development using Microsoft, Java, EJB, and XML technologies.
  • Working knowledge of SCA and SDO models.
  • Overall outstanding experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, business architecture, and BPM.
  • Background in technology consulting, pre-sales, and project management.
  • Exceptional skills in application integration, web development, performance engineering, and legacy modernization.
  • Experience with ESB, portals, service registry, and asset management repositories.

  • Must be able to travel 100% during the week.
  • Ability to work with large clients to define requirements, create architecture and work with teams participating in and overseeing the implementation of the architecture.
  • Exceptional oral/written/interpersonal skills required.

    Description:
  • Serve as the *go to* guy for large portal implementations regarding strategy, architecture, work plans, etc.

  • Work for a top tier consulting firm performing in a variety of roles for clients in data modeling / data architecture.
  • Ability to perform well in a variety of situations, from small to large environments, from data base development through high-level data strategy sessions with a CIO.
  • Initial assignment is to design an enterprise operational data store that models enterprise data in a standardized form for propagation to downstream systems for reporting (operational and analytical) as well as for supporting downstream business processes.

    Requirements:
  • Strong, hands-on experience with conceptualization, development, socialization, validation and delivery of data models for all layers of abstraction.
  • Strong knowledge of various modeling techniques (Dimensional, Relational, Temporal)
